Welcome! So how is this happiness thing done? We read "Men are that they might have Joy" (2 Nephi 2:25) but our world today makes this quite the effort! Stress runs high all around, the news spills out downers with every word, we get it! We live here too! We have found the beauty of CHILDHOOD is the antidote! Just LOOK in the eyes of a child, their AMAZED glances at the new things they see EVERYWHERE, there is ALWAYS a way to find the happy, amazing moments EVEN AS ADULTS and we have packaged it all up for you here! Through our own life experiences, and learning much from these amazing kiddoes we observe, we have found four core categories of how to have true joy, and two AMAZING joy boosters to focus on to build a truly amazing life!
